1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company name, and message content when you use our contact form or book a call.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, provide our services, and communicate with you about our offerings.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our business, subject to confidentiality agreements.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

5. The Get AI Ready App

Our iOS app, Get AI Ready, collects the same categories of information described above. You sign in with your work email and a one time code, so we never ask for or store a password. If you create an account we also collect your name and company. When you complete a readiness assessment or a Self Diagnostic, we store your answers and the resulting scores so you can return to them and share them with your team.

If you turn on Face ID or Touch ID to unlock the app, iOS performs that check on your device and tells the app only whether it succeeded. Your biometric data never leaves your device and we never receive or store it. Your sign in token is held in the iOS Keychain.

Purchases made in the app are processed by Apple. We do not see or store your payment card details. We record the transaction identifier Apple gives us so we can unlock what you bought and process a refund if Apple issues one.

The app contains no advertising identifiers, no third party analytics, and no tracking software. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not sell or share your information with data brokers.

You can delete your account at any time from the profile screen in the app. This removes your profile, signs you out on every device, and clears any pending sign in codes. Work you contributed to your company workspace, such as assessment results and records of what the company purchased, stays with that workspace, because it belongs to the company rather than to you personally.
