I’ve spent nearly two decades helping organizations get their work, their data, and their decisions to line up. I ran my own consulting firm for ten years, then led business agility work at Trissential and at Accenture, where I was a Senior Manager in the Resources practice advising CIOs across mining, oil and gas, and energy. My lean portfolio and operating model work has helped clients cut hundreds of projects down to the few that mattered.

I founded Humagined in 2022 to bring that same discipline to AI: standard work before AI work. I hold ISO/IEC 42001 certification and partner with Snowflake and Databricks.
