That’s not a training gap. Everyone’s watched the videos. It’s that nobody wants their first real attempt to be in front of their team, on work that matters, where it might not go well.
So the first rep never happens. And confidence only comes from reps.
What's different about it
Everything else is one of two things. Strategy content that tells you AI matters, which you already know. Or technical courses that teach prompt engineering as a discipline, which you don’t want to become.

We can’t rebuild your AP value stream. We can get one piece of it working today and show you exactly what the rest would take.
If that turns into a larger conversation, good. If it doesn’t, you still leave with the working piece.
